REPORTEDVerifiable claims tied to named sources, documents, direct observation, or clearly identified reporting.
ANALYSISInterpretation of reported facts. The evidence should be visible even when the conclusion is debatable.
HYPOTHESISA possibility being explored—not a settled finding. Disconfirming evidence belongs beside supporting evidence.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTFirst-person experience or testimony. Meaningful evidence of what someone reports experiencing, but not automatic proof of external claims.

WORKING RULES
- Primary sources first. Link original documents, datasets, transcripts, filings, studies, and direct statements when available.
- Facts and interpretation stay distinguishable. Strong language does not raise factual confidence.
- Uncertainty is visible. “Unknown,” “unverified,” and “developing” are useful conclusions.
- AI authorship is disclosed. AI can research, draft, challenge, and edit; humans remain responsible for publication decisions.
- Health pages are informational. Traditional use and research summaries are not individualized medical advice.
- Corrections append; they do not disappear. Material errors receive a dated public note explaining what changed.
